Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces.
Can I get sample approval before starting mass production?
Yes, we provide with prototype samples and PP samples. Prototype samples are used for style and quality reference. After placing an order, we will make PP samples based on your comments for final confirmation.
Is there any color difference between the real samples and pictures?
All pictures are taken from the real samples. Because of the environment and the different computer monitor setting, there might be slight color difference. We appreciate your understanding for it.
Can I order with my own design or logo?
Welcome, we provide OEM/ODM service. There is no problem to make any woven styles according to your artwork or reference samples.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

How about the delivery?
We can arrange the EXPRESS or FORWARDER for you. Each delivery fee will be checked with you before arranged.
How long can I get the goods?
If the goods are in stock, we will ship them to you within 3 days. If not in stock, we need 15-20 days to prepare them.
For EXPRESS: 3-5 days to your hand after I send out; For FORWARDER: 30 days to your hand after I send out.
How about the after-sales service?
For first business, trail order is necessary. You will know if our quality meet your request or not .We will check and pack the goods carefully before shipping. Each shipping is guaranteed. Once you got the goods, please check the total weight and each carton to make sure if it is damaged. It is very important. If any damage or missing occurs on the shipping way, please ask the express company to make a provement and contact us in 24hours. We will solve the problem.
